We are committed to smoking 100% all natural meats using pesticide-free Hickory wood 7 days a week for both Lunch and Dinner, We specialize in catering for large groups that want to impress their guests. Our Founder Jason Ganahl has a background in Competitive BBQ. When he moved to Colorado in 2007 he sought smoked meats that reminded him of his home in Missouri and started judging professional BBQ contests, after judging for a couple of years Jason began competing and then winning. Jason has won several KCBS Grand and Reserve Grand Championships, 180’s & 700’s. Claiming stake to RMBBQA team of the year, winning the US’s 3rd largest contest and being inducted into the RMBBQA Hall of Fame.

GQue knows what it takes to be a champion and what it takes is what we are all about. Constantly improving to make the very best hands down BBQ.
