Got a quote for a new garage door over the phone and it was e-mailed to me too. They called before they show up. I was charged what I was quoted no surprises and they gave me a free remote for my old garage door opener. Very professional and friendly service and the price was great!

The office on the phone was responsive and scheduled someone for the next morning to give us an estimate for new springs system replacement. I searched for the cheapest company, and when I called them, they said clearly: We are not the cheapest one. Since they had good reviews, I decided to go with them and pay the service fee. Sam (the Tech.) really knows customer service, followed up on every question and issue I had with the new springs system installed. I am really happy I found this company, and I am planning to use their services in future garage door repair. No doubt, I had a great experience with steel city garage doors! Truly a 5 star operation.
