H2Om Float is Jacksonville's only Float Spa. Floating is a uniquely relaxing, effortless experience. Floaters are immersed in 10 inches of a highly concentrated salt water solution warmed to skin temperature. The extreme density of the solution enables people of all body types to float effortlessly. The floating experience within the Pod is designed to create an environment devoid of outside stimuli (also know as sensory deprivation) allowing for a transformative experience of deep relaxation.
