Jennifer Gardner, MD

Jennifer Gardner, M.D. is a ​board certified​ psychiatrist specializing in treating young adults, adolescents, and patients who suffer with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and borderline personality disorder. Dr. Gardner embraces a holistic approach, and believes that every patient benefits from psychotherapy and mindfulness, in addition to their pharmaceutical treatment. Dr. Gardner began her research career at Children’s Hospital in Oakland, and earned her medical degree at the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Gardner completed her residency at Los Angeles County and University of Southern California Medical Center, with expert training in dialectical behavioral therapy at Harbor UCLA Medical Center.

Dr. Gardner also completed training in child and adolescent psychiatry at Cedars­ Sinai Medical Center, and in using evidence­-based complementary medicine with the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine. Along with her extensive expertise, Dr. Gardner’s high level of commitment, and warm relaxed demeanor contribute to the wellbeing of her patients.
