We had a whole home remodel done. We worked with FLP Services for many months from the germ of an idea to the completed project. It was a very collaborative project - no idea was too small or insignificant. We were given a timeline and a price and both were met. If this weren`t our ``forever`` house, we would gladly to it again!

This was my first remodeling experience and my builder was able to anticipate the answers before I could ask the questions. Also, they offered great advice for situations that I was not aware would happen. I was extremely pleased with the choice I made.

I was blown away by the service provided by FLP Services . I called and was greeted that same day only to be followed by a reasonable quote the following day. They are very respectful, hardworking, talented, honest, and prompt. They helped me redesign my kitchen and performed elaborate plaster and tile work. In addition, although not being part of his job provided me with sound advice and really behaved like a general contractor (excluding the price!) in providing plans for counter, electrical, plumbing, gas design. I highly recommend his service to anyone!

FLP Services company remodeled our entire kitchen, 1st floor bathroom, and the unused space between them. Everything was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. In addition we removed an old chimney from the basement through 2 stories and the attic; added a laundry chute and floor space where the chimney used to be; reframed a small opening to enlarge the kitchen by 6 ft (complex reframing of load bearing walls); reframed the floor on the entire back section of the house; put in a new water line from the street to the house; and put in a new 95% efficiency furnace.
