I am so grateful to Dr. Brassell and his staff. I just started with them today and I am so blessed to have met them. They are so friendly and down to earth. The moment I walked into their office I was greeted and welcomed. As soon as I finished my paperwork they took me back, no waiting time at all, which is rare, I am so used to waiting half hour or more at doctors and dental offices. That was nice and very considerate of them, especially because I had my very curious 3 year old. I couldnt find anyone to watch my toddler while I went to the dentist, and I almost cancelled, but I am so glad I didn't, they worked with me, God bless them. They were so friendly with my 3 year old, they brought her toys and even one dental assistant went out of her way to play a little with her while I was getting my teeth cleaned. They didnt have to do that, but they did. They were so nice and professional, and patient with us. And let me say this, the hygienist was so gentle that it actually relaxed me and almost made me fall asleep. It felt like a little mini vacation getaway honestly. I also appreciated her teaching and tips while she cleaned. I have had many cleanings throughout my life, and I am usually pretty tense and on the edge of my seat. I usually come home with some kind of ding or scratch, sensitivity or jaw soreness after a cleaning, from having my mouth opened for so long, but not today
