I have fallen in love with the gym, this workout and the satisfaction I feel after each class! The instructors are very helpful, motivating and wonderful! I would recommend this to anyone, any age and also to anyone with any sort of fitness or weight loss goals. As of this review, I have been to the gym for the past two months and my body is so much more toned and I'm loving my results! I also surprise myself with how much stronger I've become!

I absolutely love ILKB! I've been a member of PF for the past few years and I never go. Now that I'm an ILKB member, I love to work out! The staff and other members are so supportive and motivating. I've lost almost 10 pounds and have gone down a jean size in the past few months. There are members of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels, so if that's what's holding you back, don't let it! If you've been thinking about trying ILKB, do it! The only thing that you have to lose is pounds!

I love kickboxing North Huntingdon has brought something into my life that was missing. They brought a confidence out in me that has been missing for such a long time. The instructors go above and beyond their job description to make you the best you. My biggest hurdle was to tone my body. I love kicboxing has done just that. I have muscles I've never seen before! I've always been a gym rat and enjoyed group classes in order to get through my workout. This place is awesome! The instructors are great, they always have new routines and are helpful in pushing you farther in your workout. I highly recommend this to anyone. I 100% recommend ILoveKickboxing! I’ve now been a member for a couple of months and have loved every part of it! Each class is different, so you are always learning new things and keeping the work outs interesting. Every part of the body is worked during class, that’s what makes it so great! I actually get excited to go to the classes and feel great after every one. All of the trainers are awesome! Everyone is so motivating and keeps pushing you to do your best. They won’t let you give up and help you every step of the way. Ilovekickboxing is a very positive upbeat environment, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I love this place! The workout and instructors are both fantastic! Everyone is so supportive of each other and you can tell that the instructors genuinely care and want to help you reach your fitness goals. After having a baby 6 months ago, and only working out at ILKB for a little over a month, I am already seeing major results unlike any I've seen with other workouts from team sports, dance, group workouts at other gyms, at home fitness programs, etc. Everything about ILKB North Huntingdon is 5 stars!!

I love kickboxing is the best gym that I have ever been involved with! It is an incredible workout with a fast, upbeat pace, but that also allows you to go at your own pace! The instructors are great, and encourage everyone to be the best version of themselves. They are also available for any questions, which is helpful outside of the gym! They help with nutrition, stretching and any other questions you might have, creating an even greater chance of success and progress! I feel great after every single workout, and can't wait to get back for more!

Joining ILKB was the best decision I've made for my mental and physical health. I had an unrelated medical issue that caused me to miss 3 weeks of classes. During that time, the manager kept in touch with me through Facebook, encouraging me as I healed. My first class back felt like Norm from Cheers - the instructors welcomed me back, and the class participants did the same. I can't explain in words what that meant to me. Everything they promised when recruiting me as a member has been delivered upon. I feel great after every class, and I look forward to the next one. If you are looking for a group of instructors to push you, and to really hold you accountable - this is the place for you! I can see the results in myself and others in a short time!

If you are looking for a place where you can feel good about yourself, your body, and your hard work the instructors that work here will help you reach your goals. Some might say that the monthly price is too much but I say it's an investment in myself to achieve my goals. I am in my 40s and have always struggled with my weight. I have been going to a gym for 2 years only to loose and then gain back the weight. Right next to my gym opened Ilovekickboxing... I was hesitant about joining as it is a bit pricey. I joined on September 20 and have been thrilled with my results. Down 14 pounds and I measured 10 inches lost in just 4 weeks. The individual instruction and motivation that you get here is unmatched! It is a high energy, hard working muscle toning work out with great music , great instructors ,and a competitive uplifting feel! I really do love kickboxing! They recognize all your hard work, I was voted kick boxer of the month and was sent a beautiful edible arrangement at my work. This place rocks!

My struggle is over. This place is what I have been searching for all these years. The staff at ILKB are amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and they push you. If it weren't for the instructors, I would probably only work at half of my potential. They help me break through barriers I set for myself. I look forward to every class and love how I feel when I am done. Aside from the awesome staff, it is a very clean and modern facility. I appreciate the steps they take to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace. But it even goes beyond a great staff and space. The support system of fellow members on social media adds extra motivation and support. This is a fitness family that loves and encourages one another. I cannot say enough good things about ILKB. You have nothing to lose by joining... except maybe a few pounds and inches.

Now I don’t know what I would do without it. iLoveKickboxing pushes me harder and gives me a 100% better workout than I would do on my own. The best thing i ever did for my health and fitness was joining ILKB. The workouts are challenging and intense but never boring. The instructors are supportive and motivating and never let you quit on yourself. Fellow gym patrons become friends and the only competition you're ever in is with yourself! If you have never tried a kickboxing class, this is the studio to try it at! The classes are intense but a total body workout! The instructors are amazing. The NEVER give up on you and are always there to help. Even if you feel this might be out of your comfort zone, you NEED to try it. I guarantee you will LOVE it. The support of the staff and other members really makes the difference. I can tell you I would NEVER work as hard as I do if I would go to the gym by myself. My first class was August 20th 2016 - as I walked through those doors I was hesitant and nervous not knowing what to expect. The instructors were very welcoming, reassuring and encouraging that I can do this. The first 15 minutes were INSANE and as I was doing the warmup thoughts running through my head were what were you thinking you are too old for this, I must be crazy and no way can I do this. Those 15 minutes seemed like a lifetime and I survived. Next up, bag workouts, talk about a STRESS reliever and so exhilarating. I knew if I walked out those doors without signing up I would not come back. Why? I was out of shape but did not realize how much I really was, I was exhausted and I hurt. This placed kicked my @ss and I loved it. I knew I wanted a change and joining ILKB, North Huntingdon was the best decision I made. The instructors are very knowledgeable and give you all the support you need to succeed. The members are super friendly and encouraging - no judgements. If you are on the fence, try the trial sessions to experience one of the best workouts ever. After that first workout each one only gets better. What are you waiting for? You won't regret it!

Whether you're a beginner or someone who just loves exercising... I have never felt so comfortable in a gym environment in my life. Everyone, from coaches to other members, are so encouraging! They all want to see you achieve your goals and become a healthier version of yourself. The coaches are always willing to give you individual attention if you're uncomfortable with an element of the workout or need to modify. I absolutely love working out here. I have been to many other gyms, both with classes and non classes and I'd say this is the best option. When you don't feel like working out, all you have to do is SHOW UP and you get to be around motivated individuals who are all looking for the same thing you are, results. The staff is so incredibly helpful and positive. Sometimes when you go to a branch gym you never know what kind of people you will get, but ILKB North Huntingdon is fantastic. It's a tough workout but a fun workout and any shape and size can do it! The instructors are there to guide you and help you through and make you feel like tough stuff by the time you leave! I can't say enough about this place, if you're even on the edge of it - give it a try!!! Do the trial sessions and see if you like it, I promise you that you actually will! :)

Definitely one of the better choices I made was joining this gym. I am absolutely exhausted after every workout, but never regret it. It is hard, challenging, and rewarding. Even though I am ALWAYS sore the next morning, somehow I manage to get up and go days in a row. Just after a few classes I can already feel my body changing, using muscles I didn't even know existed. Even if you're skeptical about joining, at least sign up for the trail and give it a shot. It is so worth it!

Everyone who is committed to this gym is here to help you succeed and reach your goals, personally and physically. In just two months I have lost 6lbs and 4 inches. It may not seem like a lot but I have also gained more confidence, more drive and self-esteem. This gym is also about the family. It isn’t the typical gym where you throw on your headphones and run on the treadmill for 30 minutes alone. The relationships formed here alone are worth the membership. Without the members and instructors the system wouldn’t work the way it does. Invest in yourself this time.

This is most definitely the best gym I've ever joined!!! It's not only extremely fun and the best stress reliever, it's the best workout I have ever done in my life. I've done Body Combat before and loved it! But my old gym closed and I stopped working out completely for a year. I tried working out at home but couldn't find the motivation to stick with it. But then this amazing place opened up! I am soooo glad I signed up for the trial package they have because I fell in love after just one class! It was tough but I stuck with it. The instructors and other members are truly amazing! I have never had so much inspiration and motivation before. Everyone there is extremely helpful and is there for anyone at anytime. Everyday there's a motivating post on Facebook from both instructors and members reminding you to stick with it and you can do it. The classes and people are so much fun sometimes I don't want the class to end! You can burn on average about 500-600 calories in one class but if you really push yourself you can burn over 1000 calories IN ONE CLASS!!! I've seen it on some members calorie counters! I definitely recommend this gym to everyone out there! And I mean everyone because even if you are new to working out or its been a long time from your last workout (like me haha) or you're worried you can't do it, you CAN do it! The instructors are there to show you modifications to give you the best workout for you! Believe me when I say this is the best workout EVER because they will push and help you to do your best!
