UBX’s Fit-Camps are one of the most affordable, efficient fitness programs in the Midwest. We offer 22 workouts weekly, with options 7 days a week. Our workouts are relatively small in size, never more than 24 people in one class. The workouts can be modified for all fitness levels. If you are a beginner to exercise or an elite athlete we can tailor the workout for your needs. All of our instructors are experienced personal trainers with nationally recognized certifications; they are not group fitness instructors.
