Alpine Valley Care Center provides excellence in nursing care in a relationship environment. Known for their bed and breakfast style living, Alpine Valley focuses on you as an individual, not your disease or disability. Upon admission, our team of physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, registered dietician, and recreational therapists, collaborate with you, as an individual, to create a plan based on your preferences, needs, and well-being to get you on the road to recovery. After successfully competing therapy, our staff will conduct a safety evaluation of your home residence and advise you on additional safety needs to support you as you transition home. Our therapists will even instruct you and family members on ways of keeping mobility once you are home, setting you up for success.
