We are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence and strengthening of our minds and bodies through the study and practice of Taekwondo. At Palo Alto Martial Arts, we study the traditional form of Taekwondo in order to help us reach higher levels of achievement in all aspects of our daily lives. With an uncompromising focus on excellence and achievement, we strive for success in accomplishing our mission to build greater self-confidence, be more considerate and humble, be respectful, and to help others in society.
Palo Alto Martial Arts offers classes for students of various age groups and skill levels from age 4 to adult classes. For those just starting out, we stress a traditional style of taekwondo based on the standards of the taekwondo headquarters -- Kukkiwon. This traditional style builds strong self-discipline, teaches respect and obedience, and provides a great foundation for our students to begin their martial art journeys.
