Biba Restaurant

Founded in 1986 and located in Sacramento, Calif., Biba is a restaurant offering Italian cuisine, including appetizers, entrees, salads, and wine and beverages. Its menu includes beef carpaccio with roasted cherry tomatoes, honey glazed, grilled chicken with black pepper, and garganelli with ham and peas. Its menu also includes stuffed pasta, linguine with tomatoes, pan-fried New York steak, skewers of grilled prawns, grilled chicken breasts and roasted baby sheets with arugula.
