Barron's Trailer Park

Barron's Mobile Home Park is a family-owned and operated rental business that was started in 1965. It is owned by Carol and James "Bud" Smith and operated by Susan Barron Passailaigue. For over forty years we have provided personal attention to our tenants and ensured that their needs are met promptly and courteously. We pride ourselves on having same-day service. We have a full-time maintenance staff that is on-site at all times. We never have to call the "home office" and ask permission to make necessary repairs and replacements. We are an independently run company, which means all decisions are made on-site. When you call the office, you will get a real person to answer the phone, not a recording!
