Shyam L. Dr. Dahiya received his medical training at Medical College Rohtak in India and then completed his surgical residency at Sinai Hospital of Detroit, a Wayne State University School of Medicine affiliated program. He continued his medical training as a surgical oncologist fellow at Stehlin Foundation for Cancer Research in Houston, Texas.
In addition, he received instruction and advanced post-graduate training in laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Dahiya has served as a medical instructor in the surgical residency program at Sinai Hospital of Detroit.
