Qualifications:
Together with membership in the International Society of Appraisers having taken and passed both the Core Course and Fine Arts Course, daily review of the latest industry news which allows us to have our finger on the pulse of the antique, art and collectibles market; Tricia Kuehnert has over twenty-five years experience as owner and managing director of a successful Houston auction house.

All of our appraisals are compliant with the Appraisal Foundation’s Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines and the International Society of Appraisers requirements.

By having earned an appraisal designation from a recognized appraisal organization such as the International Society of Appraisers, Tricia Kuehnert meets the Internal Revenue Service requirements of being a “qualified appraiser”.
