We specialize in Traditional Martial Arts. We teach Shim-Shin Taichi, Oh-Do-Kwan Taekwondo and Awareness, Avoidance, Prevention, Execution, System Self-Defense! In martial arts training, you can learn How to Make Yourself Less of a Target through our Self-Defense and Awareness Training.We offer Bootcamp based on sports and military-style exercising. We offer Fitness classes such as Zumba, R.I.P.P.E.D, and Piyo under the instruction and guidance of Certified Instructor Mari Fraser. We also provide personal and facility security.
