Shahriar Bamshad, MD

An attending physician at Cedars-Sinai, Dr. Shahriar Bamshad is a well respected physiatrist who has been serving the Los Angeles community for more than a decade.  Dr. Bamshad is Board Certified in Physical medicine, and participates in teaching rounds, educating residents in training.
After graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Bamshad attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He earned his doctor of medicine degree in 1998, and went on to complete his post-graduate training at UCLA, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, and the West Los Angeles VA:
Internship in internal medicine.
Residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Fellowship in pain management.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Bamshad has also contributed to the medical community through papers and lectures. He’s published in several journals and is often asked to speak on topics in his area of expertise.
