Our bodies are designed intentionally and on purpose to be resilient and healthy. It is our job to cooperate with that design. The problem is; we often don’t know how to do that. We don’t know where to start. And, with all the health and wellness propaganda out there, we don’t know what to believe.

That’s where Karen steps in!

Her approach to health and wellness encapsulates the body, the mind, and the spirit. She brings clarity and understanding to the fact that our life affects our health and our health affects our life.

Karen Creasey is a fitness and business professional, an ACE certified Personal Trainer and an Aquatic Training Specialist with the Aquatic Exercise Association. She is a cancer survivor, and an athlete. She loves to motivate, inspire, and educate others about the benefits and rewards of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle.

Karen’s personal experiences, her thirty plus years in the fitness and aquatic industry, as well as her educational background make her a sought after trainer, speaker and author for many.
