Wellness Institute of Montana

The Wellness Institute of Montana, a partnership for physical and mental health, was started by Kay Jennings, BSN, MHSA, PMHNP-BC, D. PSc. and combines four thriving businesses into one full-service organization to better serve the community. Included in this new hybrid are Aleph PC, New Health, Winds of Change and Frontier Assisted Living. The first of these businesses was founded in 1999.

Jennings’ health care career began with her service as an army nurse.. She later attended school to earn an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse credential, became a Nurse Practitioner, and over the years has built successful practices that focus on recovery through lifestyle interventions.
