DayBreak - An Adult Day Program

DayBreak knows that full time caregivers often need time for themselves ~ even if just for a few hours. With that in mind, we offer individualized care for those in need of a little supervision and social interaction.

Our participants are most often:

60 years of age and older

Exhibiting some sort of memory impairment

Needing a little assistance with activities of daily living

Demonstrating the desire to withdraw and isolate
