Its founding attorney, Svetlana Lebedinski, is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and has been assisting clients with immigration matters since 2008. The attorney and the firm's staff are fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and Turkish languages. Firm's client base extends geographically throughout the United States and virtually in all corners of the globe: Europe, Asia, Middle East and Americas. Svetlana Lebedinski personally prepares clients for visa interviews at the U.S. Consulates and attends immigration appointments at the Detroit USCIS offices, hearings at the Detroit Immigration Court, and asylum interviews at the Chicago Asylum Office. Attorney Lebedinski is admitted for practice of law at the U.S. District Court for Southeastern Michigan, 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Svetlana Lebedinski was named Super Lawyers Michigan Rising Star in Immigration Law for 2014, 2015 and 2016. She is an active member of Michigan Chapter of American Immigration Lawyers Association.
