I'm happy for all these people who were apparently helped by Ali, but my experience offered nothing to recommend him. I submitted a request for a "free consult" through the website. Judging by other reviews, I expected him to respond with a request for a copy of my credit report by which he could determine any steps we could take to improve. In the comments section I mentioned some unauthorized/duplicate hard credit pulls by Comcast which I thought might be something he could assist me in removing. He responded by recommending that I direct my complaint to Comcast or the Better Business Bureau (the latter of which will simply relay my correspondence to Comcast). I then asked if he'd like to look at my credit history to determine if there were any improvements he *could* assist me in. His answer, verbatim, was: "We can help if you had collections and the sort unfortunately for the nature of items on the report we won't be able to do much unfortunately" So he based everything on a casual reference I made in my initial inquiry and never even looked at the state of my affairs for the purposes of the "consult". Frankly, googling "credit repair templates" was friendlier and more productive. Read less
