ADT is all about the bait and switch. They promise you the world and then change everything when the installer shows up. Big name and that's about it.ADT person I originally spoke to was not honest in what was included. Camera was supposed to be included with all activation fees waved. Tech showed up and was a nice guy but everything was a sales pich to buy extra stuff. Called in to complaim about thenless then honest sales person and they said have to review the call and will call back within 24 to 48 hrs. 1 week and two days later they called in and they obviously did not review the call and what I was told. Plus I had my own recordingnof that call and heard her explain what I had said. They basicaly pitted thensales person against there tech guy/ installer and never answered my question or addressed my problem. Checked the advertisement I originally saw and reviewed the call wich I also recorded and the just basically lied and refused to address the issue. Thanks ADT for the bullshit and the lies and now Im stuck with the system. Hope its better functioning the your companies honesty and integrity.Best part is if it went well I had three friends that were going to get them but I will not refer friends to a dishonest bussiness practice. Hey at least the alarm system works so far.
