Ray Padilla brings years of high volume experience, with a unique ability to relate to clients and provide them with an exclusive boutique firm service; delivering a result and confidence building practice which prioritizes client needs.

Today, Ray works with clients to protect their interests by helping them build an estate plan which aims to ensure that the fruits of their hard labor are preserved for them and for their families.

Ray spent years working in prestigious firms handling a multitude of Maritime cases, Personal Injury cases and Employment law cases helping thousands of working class individuals recover compensation denied by their employers who refused to provide them with legally compliant meal and rest breaks as well as compensation for all hours worked. For several years he also helped hundreds with their estate planning needs. The experience was invaluable. Desiring a more personal and focused legal practice, Ray started his own firm. Doing so, has enabled Ray to work more closely with his clients; allowing him to give the personal and exclusive legal service each and every client deserves.

Ray obtained his Bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University, where he earned Dean’s List Honors, before moving to San Diego to attend Law School. Ray spends his free time with friends and family and routinely volunteers in the local community, most recently as a big brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego program.

Ray is admitted to practice in every state and federal court of the State of California.
