Bear Label Machine

The Bear XS-400 #10 and Bear XS-1250 are designed to outperform the competition. We’ve built in zero downtime mechanisms to keep you up and running in order to meet all of your production needs.

The Bear XS-400 #10 applies full wrap paper labels to a cylindrical container and is capable of labeling in excess of 400 cans per minute. The Bear XS-1250 applies full wrap paper labels to a cylindrical container and is capable of labeling in excess of 1250 cans per minute. Bear roll-through labelers use less adhesive than vertical labelers, saving you money. With our unique air-over-oil hydraulic label-feed system, you load labels without stopping the machine.

Both the Bear XS-400 #10 and Bear XS-1250 label machines have been tested under 24-hour production use. Both machines feature automatic label loading capability while running. Our machines also utilize Glue Extrusion Technology which features a cleaner design and is less expensive to operate and maintain than open-pot systems.
