ADT comes to our aid every time when we need them. When we are having an issue with false alarm going off for no reason, they found the answer. Very helpful and reliable We have had ADT for many years (from back when it was Brinks) and really like the peace of mind it gives us, when we are away from home, and during the night. We have always had good service, prompt answers to phone questions/problems, and someone coming right out the few times this has been necessary. It would be great, however, if there were some way to prevent so-called "reps" who come to our home, saying they represent ADT, that their company has taken over ADT, that our service will be discontinued if we don't sign with them, etc. etc. We have learned to disregard these people, but it continues to be very annoying and upsetting.
