ADT scheduling is a mess. I called to ask that my appt be moved from 8 am to noon to noon to 5. They told me I was scheduled for noon to five. I asked if they were sure since I had been told it was the 8 am to noon. Told it was noon to five. Got an email from them saying appt was 8 am to noon so I called back to verify the time. Again was told noon to five. But the repair guy was apparently on the 8 to noon schedule but he was running late. When he arrived all that I had told the person scheduling was never written down so he had no clue what was going on with the system. Called Adt after the appt and let the person who FINALLY answered know how messed up this was. I could tell by her demeanor as customer service that she was going to do nothing about relaying the message, but she put me on hold where I finally hung up,after waiting 20 minutes. This company needs help. Worthless customer service and whoever does the scheduling. Educate them so they can perform the job!!
