ADT has tried bait-and-switch many times after they sold me an "upgrade" in March of 2016. I have called and called numerous times to have a manager call me back but it never happens. Some of the "loyalty group" that I have talked to even have given me fake phone numbers to call back "if you don't hear back from us." One service person "Chad" said he would call back "within 24 hours" and here it is two months later and no call. I called back last month and asked to speak to Chad's manager and was informed thatÂ
