ADT is the worst worst company that i have came by thus far I was having issues with my system and I was denied access. I spoke with Tracey supervisor of Custom Home and I was suppose to get same day service and I still haven't had a technician come out after being promised to ge a call back from her personal. I guess they call that PROFESSIONALISM. I think NOT. I have a customer for 20 years and every since ADT has new UNPROFESSIONAL so called managers my system is still not working. I even sold with Adrian suppose to be the big boss and nothing was good. What do I have to do to get good service. I'm done with this company.
