Samford Arts Wright Center

Since its debut on campus in 1976, Samford University's Wright Center and multiple performance venues offer Birmingham patrons direct access to the arts, showcasing entertainment for all ages. Conveniently located on the beautiful campus, it is a true cornerstone of the arts community. Samford shares the spotlight with notable performing arts groups including the Alabama Symphony Orchestra, Opera Birmingham, and Alabama Ballet. The 2,633 seat performance hall is a classic proscenium theatre, featuring state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems to support world-class performance.
