Alan Horlick, DDS, practices dentistry at Cherokee Smiles Dental in Acworth, Georgia, and the surrounding area. Dr. Horlick received his education from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he worked at the Philadelphia Naval Regional Dental Center as a dental officer. Dr. Horlick’s dental experience includes teaching, among various other facets of the dental field. Along with his dentistry work, Dr. Horlick earned a Juris Doctor from the Georgia State University College of Law.  He has been an active member of the Georgia Bar since 1987 and has been admitted to practice in all courts of law and equity in Georgia, including the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals.  His personal interests include numerous creative pursuits, including ceramics, glass blowing, acrylic painting, and photography. He also enjoys traveling the globe.
Dr. Horlick has performed dental work in a private practice setting in the local area for more than 20 years. He is skilled and experienced in advanced dental practices and continues to train in cutting-edge dental technologies, as well as to learn new techniques so that he can provide the best dental care available at any time.
