Twin Town Guitars

Conveniently located on Lyndale Avenue South in the Lyn-Lake area of Minneapolis, Twin Town Guitars is first and foremost a music store by and for musicians. Founded in August 1997, and owned by Andrew and Carrie Bell, the vision for the shop is simple: Get it done honestly, quickly, correctly, and affordably. The staff is made up of musicians, who are in the studio and on the stage, who know how to play and what to expect, and who just plain want to help you make music.

We buy, sell, and trade acoustic and electric guitars and bass guitars including brands like Fender, Squier, Gibson, Ibanez, Gretsch, Guild, Hagstrom, Heritage and more. We also carry amplifiers, keyboards, drums and drum sets, cymbals, other musical accessories and gear.

We're authorized Fender and Squier dealers, and also carry lines including Marshall, VOX, Roland, Zildjian, Gibraltar, DW, Boss, Z.Vex, A&L, Hartke, RapcoHorizon, Line 6 and more. We service what we sell, and we're a warranty repair shop for many brands of guitars, amps and effects.

We also offer private music lessons and on-line registration is available for electric and acoustic guitar, bass guitar, pedal steel guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, drums, piano, violin, viola, cello, saxophone, clarinet, flute, trumpet, trombone, harmonica, voice, music theory and songwriting, as well as many group lesson programs which include performances at local venues.
