Sholado

Sholado is tropical twist to shaved ice. A cross between a frozen dessert, fruit cocktail, and a drink, It is made with crushed ice, fresh fruit, condensed milk, passion fruit and Colombian blackberry, syrup, and is topped with shredded coconut and cherries. It makes a wonderful summer dessert!
