My Son,Kris, and I are in the business of repairing and selling fine quality mechanical clocks. They can be relatively new in age to very old antiques. We spend the time to do the best job possible for all clocks that enter our store regardless if they are for sale or for repair. We treat each clock for repair as if it were one of ours that needed repair. Our goal is to give the customer the most for their money when it come to quality in the repair of their clock. The clocks we have for sale are not repaired until they are spoken for by the customer. The fact is, we believe that a clock needs professional service every 4 to 5 years and for the customer to get the most for their money it should be done as they are purchasing their clock. This results in a small wait time for us to do the needed repair but in the long run most customers appreciate this service.
