It’s a great new workout, with a welcoming environment. After the class is over, I immediately want to join in on the next one! I loved that the staff was helpful and super motivating. I look forward to seeing the results that are going to come.

ilovekickboxing is the best workout and the most fun you will have ALL day! I have been working out for years but kickboxing is by far the one work out I love forward to doing! The instructors are great and the atmosphere is wonderful! If you are looking to change your life, your body and meet some awesome people, give it a try it will literally change your life!

ILKB VB Is an awesome place. I started off doing the 6 week challenge and then became a member. The staff is amazing and friendly. The workouts are great and you will get a full body workout.

I have nothing but good things to say about ILoveKickboxing. I've been attending classes at the Virginia Beach location almost every day for about four months now, and I no longer have to dread my workouts. With ILoveKickboxing, the workouts are different every single day, so it keeps things interesting and challenges me each day. The instructors are amazing—very energetic and motivating through humor instead of yelling like at some gyms. I can't recommend it enough.

I've been going to Ilovekickboxing.com in Virginia Beach for over a year now. This was by far the best decision I've made in my fitness journey. I look forward to going to class everyday that I can. I love how every instructor has their own personal style of teaching the classes. It makes the workouts that much more fun. The variety of music is always changing which is awesome! Ilovekickboxing.com is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get!

I've been going to ilovekickboxing.com for 2 months now. It is an incredibly tough yet amazingly rewarding work out. I am a mother of 5 young boys, and with my husband deployed finding time for me had always seemed impossible. Ilovekickboxing.com has morning, afternoon, and night classes, and every class is a little bit different but always a full body work out. The atmosphere is really welcoming, and all of the instructors are so motivating. They are patient, encouraging, and most of all they start to feel like family in no time! Like I said before, I am only a little over 2 months in, and I've already lost 18 pounds! I am gaining a lot of muscle and my arms and legs are definitely more tone. I just feel better, and ultimately that's what I wanted the most. The weight loss is a true plus, but I have met some incredible people and I have more confidence in myself now than I have had in a very long time. I would absolutely recommend ilovekickboxing.com!

I have been kickboxing with ILKB for quite a few months now and have waited until now to write this review for a number of reasons. I wanted to make sure I had given the process a chance and tried out all the instructors. Now that I have to say I love it for a lot of reasons. It is a great stress relief for me in having a high stress job. Also, the instructors make you feel welcome and want you to succeed. Any fitness questions you have they are willing to work with you on them. If you want to work on your form or push yourself they will push you. The first 15 minutes are brutal but that is where a lot of the results come from. You will still work really hard kicking and punching though. I, personally, am not a fan when the instructors do partners for the bag rounds but if you are having a day and just really need to work through the bag on your own you don't need to have a partner. It is your workout and your membership. Just let them know. You also tend to have your favorite instructors. I won't list mine here because yours may be different and all give a decent workout. You just develop a better relationship with some than others. In the end I highly recommend ILKB. I was in a rut and this pulled be out. They encourage you and it is tons of fun. So far I have lost 15 pounds and I know I couldn't have done it without their staff and their workouts.

As someone who hates working out, it says a lot that I actually can't wait for my next class! You get a full body workout with each class, working on punches, kicks, and other fun workouts. I also really like how each class is challenging, however, the instructor(s) still modify workouts to meet the needs of each student. So no matter what level of fitness you're on, this class is still for you! It is a very welcoming and motivating environment. I love that the instructors know each student by name and that everyone there helps to push one another to reach their goals.

It’s such a welcoming and positive environment. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient and will teach you step by step how to properly execute kickboxing techniques such as jabs, uppercuts, etc. I look forward in going to class every chance I get. Becca, Sam, Kenny, Morgan, Bianca, some of the instructors whose classes I have taken are phenomenal. They keep you challenged and motivated.

I just started I Love Kickboxing, Virginia Beach, about 2 months ago and I am addicted!! I find the time to go at least 4 times a week, if not more! I love how different it is everytime and the energy that the instructors and members bring each time that I am there!! I already feel stronger and I have noticed the things that I couldn't do on day one are now getting easier! It feels GREAT!!!!

This will be my 15th class at ILOVEKICKBOXING VA BEACH. There are many class times to choose from that work with my work schedule. The staff is always friendly. They rotate instructors. Each class I am challenged to push myself a little harder. There is always two instructors on the “red carpet” at all times. Each class is an hour long, but the time goes by quickly. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. The first 15 minutes will be quite challenging running, burpees, pushups, sit ups, planks, etc. You then have 15 minutes of stretches and then 5 bag rounds. It is a total body workout. There is no reason to feel uncomfortable. There are members of all ages and all abilities. The Instructors are always willing to help you at all times.

I just started taking classes at Ilovekickboxing VA Beach and couldnt be happier with my decision. I started with a Groupon purchase, from the first phone call to reserve my spot in a class and throughout the first class the instructors and class members were all very supportive and give great direction (even for anyone who has never done kickboxing before). The classes are an hour long, but the time goes by quickly since they keep you moving, mix up the moves throughout and keep everyone engaged. I can't wait to go back for more!

ILKB VB has helped me make very positive changes to my health. It gave me the motivation that I needed to “kick” start a healthier (and slimmer) way of being. The instructors are excellent- always welcoming, encouraging, but ready to push you when need be. The environment is exciting and the music is great- If you come, be ready to sweat and put in some work!

I have been with ILKB for about a year and a half and have no plans on leaving anytime soon. I have lost 25 lbs and maintained it, toned up, dropped bad habits, and gained many friendships here. I always loved working out but got bored easily and found it hard to find the time to do it with my busy life, until I found ILKB. Still to this day I can say I have not gotten bored here and once I found something that kept me interested I found it a lot easier to make the time to come here a priority. The atmosphere is great, the instructors are amazing and the members encourage and help each other out. I encourage anyone looking for a great, fun workout or somewhere to relieve there stress to come to ILKB. Once you do try it I bet you will be hooked and never look back.

ILKB in VA Beach is just what I was looking for! I purchased a groupon when they first opened up with the intention of just going in and trying it out. The staff was very friendly and were able to make me feel welcome in a totally foreign environment. I never used a pair of boxing gloves prior to this experience and now I own a pair! I completed my first class and was impressed to see that the instructors are not only very friendly but they are funny and motivate ALL participants in the class regardless of ability level. the instructors were also very conscieous of proper form to ensure my workout was optimized and occurred in a safe environment. CAUTION....VB ILKB classes are addictive!

Joining ILKBVB is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I don’t know about you all, but for most of my life exercise has been something I “had” to do, never something I wanted to do or something I found fun. Well, ILKBVB changed all that. Instead of dreading working out, I now can’t wait to get to kickboxing class! Even if I’ve had a terrible day and drive to the studio in a bad mood, walking in completely changes that. The instructors greet you like you’re a member of the family—because that’s how they see you. They push you hard because they want you to succeed and want you to be the best version of yourself. It’s not just the instructors—that mindset trickles down to all the members. Everyone at ILKBVB wants you to do well. They are a group of people who have joined together to get a kick butt workout and support each other. I was initially a little intimidated because everyone looks like they are so in shape and really know what they are doing—but the instructors take the time to explain to you how to do things the correct way so you’re getting the best workout and won’t hurt yourself. There are people of all fitness levels, ages, backgrounds, men and women! Pretty soon you amaze yourself because YOU are the one getting in shape and knowing what to do! ILKBVB is the least toxic thing I have ever been a part of—you get an AMAZING workout (I’ve burned more calories than I could have ever imagined in every class!); it is a HUGE stress reliever (I mean, let’s be real, who hasn’t wanted to get out the day’s stress by punching something every once in a while); it is SO much fun and you become part of a new family. I am so happy and thankful to have found ILKBVB and you will be too!

I was looking for something different than my other workouts and bought the 3-class internet special. It's amazing! We start with the HIIT, then box/hit the bag, followed by core/partner drills. I am exhausted and exhilarated after the hour. The teachers are fun, encouraging and teach you proper kick-boxing technique. You will definitely work different sets of muscles while toning up. Definitely try it--ILKB-VB is amazing!!!

Absolutely love this place. Everything from the facilities to the workout and the instructors are first class. The facilities are always clean and everything is in good working order. Locker rooms have plenty of lockers for your belongings. Ladies locker room has lotions, deodorant, etc… Bathrooms are very clean. There is even a water fountain to refill your water bottle. Oh, and if you forget to bring your water bottle, just check in on Facebook and they will give you water. The workouts are amazing! I have never been athletically inclined. I am doing things now that I never thought I could do. At the age of 54, I now have muscle tone that I never had. This is a great cardio workout and it is not boring. The first 15 minutes will be quite challenging – running, burpees, pushups, planks, etc… This is followed by stretches, then bag rounds. It is a total body workout. There is no reason to feel uncomfortable. There are members of all ages and all abilities. Instructors are amazing. They are ready to help you at all times. Members and instructors are very supportive of each other. They truly want to see you achieve your goals

ILKB VA Beach is awesome! The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the classes are awesome. The class schedule can accommodate almost anybody’s schedule so there’s no excuse to miss class. The instructors are more than willing to help you, whether it be techniques, fitness tips, or nutrition. They are there to help you achieve your goals. Definitely worth every penny!
