* I was referred to Precision Construction & Roofing through a friend. I had a new roof put on my townhouse and I can honestly say that from the start to the finish of the job the company representatives acted professionally, got the job done on time and without any unforeseen incidents. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is seeking a professional roofer. I also want to say that I shopped around and received 5-10 estimates prior to selecting their company and can say that the price was the best around. So don't waste your time going anywhere else. Precision Construction & Roofing responded quickly with a few questions and were able to give me an estimate the same day. Tim arrived the next morning and replaced the shingles without any issues. In early summer I finally decided to replace the ridge cap of my 1- + 2-story house. Eric (Precision Construction & Roofing) was one of four contractors who came. He was by far the most courteous and helpful. His price was also one of the lowest. He was a clear choice, and he did not disappoint. His work was superb. He even resealed the bases of the plumbing vents on the roof, at no extra charge. Having dealt with the other contractors who came, I considered myself fortunate to have found Eric for the job. I would recommend him with enthusiasm.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Precision Construction & Roofing. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and pleasant, they even helped me choose the right roof color for my home. I originally wanted black, but then thought it would be too harsh of a color and not something I could just change on a whim. Juan was understanding, they brought me shingle samples and helped find the color I really liked based on a roof photo I sent them. The price and quality are great.I highly recommend this company!

I'm just starting to shop for a roofing company. On a Saturday afternoon I submitted requests to schedule an estimate to four companies through their web sites. As of Sunday morning, only one company...Precision Construction & Roofing ...has even acknowledge my request. We've exchanged a few emails and just set up an appointment for Monday afternoon. We'll see how that appointment goes, but this is the right way to start a $10,000 transaction.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. The office staff, and all of the workers are really friendly, and professional. They explain every step of the process. The estimate was the price we paid, no pressure, and we changed our mind of couple of times of what roofing product we wanted to go with, but they were really patient.
