CW Leadership

The mission of CW Leadership is to create a positive environment by developing leaders at all levels of the infrastructure. Working to better every individual ensures the group can continue to create the most productive, creative, and united group of individuals possible. CW Leadership was founded on the belief that a better understanding of fitness, wellness, and leadership can lead to the development of both personnel and of a business/organization. A leader who is fit is more likely to inspire those they lead to be that way as well. A leader who can inspire those they lead to be this way will lead to better overall corporate wellness.

Our program brings together fitness and leadership to help a business/organization to get the most out of their individuals. We help to create an individual fitness lifestyle while teaching leadership skills to overcome challenges. Companies and groups where the individuals can solve problems with confidence will increase production, uplift morale and boost camaraderie between the individuals. Groups that help the people within them to improve their personal situation receive significantly greater loyalty and higher productivity.

What can you expect from our program? We are going to educate your employees/students on who they are and how they interact with others. We will develop better thinking about themselves by defining who they are from the inside out. They will learn how to better forge relationships by learning how to give and receive positive instruction to others using the "platinum rule". They will learn how to function as both a leader and a follower within the organization.
