Wendy Weilbacher received two undergraduate degrees while attending the University of California, Davis. Her B.S. Environmental Design with an Emphasis in Architecture is relevant in distinguishing key property features, building techniques, and accurate property evaluation by taking into account functional obsolescence, remodeling feasibility, and highlighting unique property features. In 2002, her passion for architecture, interior design, and building developments led her to participate in an Architecture Study Abroad program in Siena, Italy.
Her second degree, B.A. English is resourceful when writing marketing material, land acquisition proposals, and speaking articulately when representing both high net worth clientele and builder developers. Upon graduation Wendy worked in global sales and marketing for luxury brands in Pebble Beach and Carmel, CA. However, she continued representing clients as an ASID Interior Designer on a private referral basis through Monterey County up to Palo Alto, CA.
