Shawn delivers over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He utilizes his extensive sports background, education, and training to develop challenging and effective fitness/nutritional programs tailored to your individual needs.
Prior to starting TAYLORMADE Training 4U, where he offers his services through his own company, Shawn has worked for many of the leaders in the industry including Life Time Fitness, Gold's Gym, World Gym and Bailey's Powerhouse. Passionate about health and fitness, he worked his way up the ladder from Personal Trainer, Sales Manager, General Manager and Director. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services and inspiring others with his passion for all aspects of health and fitness.
Shawn strongly believes your mind plays a primary role in reaching your nutritional and exercise objectives.
