Cam McCall, Principal of CMc Design, has been in the foodservice industry for 32 years, including 20 years as Owner/Partner of Loubat Equipment Company in New Orleans. He has a vast knowledge of the industry and maintains strong relationships with equipment and supply vendors nationwide. Cam developed a self-taught expertise with AutoCAD and embarked on developing his reputation as a premier kitchen designer in the New Orleans Metropolitan area and the Gulf South. With Loubat, Cam led the kitchen design and installation team, sold equipment and supplies and managed the operations of the business. Cam’s experience positioned him well to launch his own kitchen planning & design company CMc Design.
