Handyman/Carpenter for Hire

Under the name ""Handyman/Carpenter for Hire" we do residential and commercial contracting jobs. I go to you. You never need to come to me until after our offices are purchased. Donations are accepted on line and in person. Work is charged by the man hour, you pay for all materials up front. I'll buy them but again all I am selling is my time and skill. So I get paid to shop. 30 dollars USD minimal on any service call. Unskilled handyman work is 11.00 dollars US per man hour. Skilled work (carpentry,plumbing, electrical) is 15.00 dollars US per man hour. On jobs requiring insurance 25 dollars US per man hour is acceptable. Willing to charge by project as well such as building a wheelchair or walk ramp. By ADA standards.
