Her training, marketing, management and customer experience skills help Cold Craft to provide the best in HVAC services.Kent has been in this industry since 1979 and he used his expertise to start Cold Craft in 1991.  He is an instructor in the HVAC  program at San Jose City College. Mr. Penning is recognized as being an expert in the field and is sought out to help with many challenging applications. Teaching also allows him to recruit some of the best and upcoming talent.
