First, we aggressively market to regional and national consumer media to gain massive consumer visibility. Next, we offer an optional agent verification process which verifies an agent’s credentials and significantly increases credibility in the mind of the consumer. Plus we work to match up unique life experiences of the agent with like experiences of our consumers such as military service, hobbies and other relationship building blocks. We then allow consumers the opportunity to rate their agent experience.
