James has 20+ years’ experience in the Real Estate Investments industry, and he also owns a Paintless Dent Repair business. He is a Navy Veteran and family man who loves golfing, fishing, boating, and skiing.

He completed his Advanced Real Estate Investment Training through Rich Dad Education by Robert Kiyosaki. During this time, he expanded his knowledge and expertise about Wholesale, Mobile Homes, Core, Creative Financing, Foreclosures, Rehab, Asset Protection, and Marketing. He also completed his Mentorship with Ron Gray.

He is a member of the of the Investor Underground Community in Austin, the Real Estate Investing Club in Austin, the REI Blackbook Network, and the REI Matcher Network.

Carmen was 20-years-old when her father fell in love with the state of Texas and promptly moved the family to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, where she launched her career in the insurance industry. She then followed her passion for real estate. She views her role as a solutions provider. She is an investor and a REALTOR®. She buys houses as an investor or partners with other investors. In some instances, selling a property the traditional way makes more sense for the individual. In those instances, she assists the seller in listing the property through Classic Realty. When listing a property the traditional way a commission and closing cost does apply.

She is fluent in Spanish – HABLO ESPAÑOL and English. She has Bachelor of Science degree and almost 30 years of experience in high-level corporate negotiation, customer mediation, litigation problem-solving and management expertise.

She completed her real estate investing advance training with Rich Dad Education – Robert Kiyosaki, for Wholesale, Mobile Homes, Core, Creative Financing, Foreclosures, Rehab, Asset Protection, Marketing, Mentorship with Ron Gray.
