My office is located in Cape Coral FL; we handle residential property rentals and or management, in all areas of Lee County. We specialize in residential investor properties, and in homeowners wishing to seasonally rent their property for a portion of the calendar year. We rent furnished and unfurnished properties annually, in addition, we handle and type of seasonal/ vacation rentals, year round. My office staff, and my website can provide free rental rate assessments to any client, along with a press kit outlining our services. We can speak with any potential customer at their convenience. I also own a property maintenance company that can provide a myriad of other maintenance services like lawn & pool care etc. Moreover, we offer a Home Watcher Program; which is based on a simple month-to-month contract.
