Careful with the rates. She is my agent and when I called to ask why my home insurance rates were so high, she didn't see anything in the policy jumping out and asked if she could get back to me. I never heard from her. I called two more times and waited a few days. She wouldn't call back because Farmers has charged me $1200+ for over 6 years when the industry standard price for the same policy is less than $500. I know because I went to the other Farmers in town and they quoted me less than $500 for the same coverage as I have on my current $1200+ a year policy. Farmers has been successfully sued in other states for this sort of practice. They will face another soon. I'm not sure which is more unacceptable, her hiding from answering the question or being overcharged by such a high number for so long. Avoid this agency like it was Zika, Ebola and Martin Shkreli combined.
