ASAP is known as “The Builder of Choices,” because every home we construct is customized for you from the foundation to the roof shingles. Even before the ground breaking, our team will meet several times with you, the perspective homeowner, to decide whether the home will be built in one of our neighborhoods or on your private property. You will also choose the preferred exterior and interior building products and make any changes or additions to an existing floor plan or one we help to create. Some of the applicable changes would be the addition of fireplaces, a sunroom, a finished basement, an extended garage or whatever we can dream up together.
