Sycle is an indoor cycling studio located in the Toluca Lake area of Los Angeles, CA. Our studio has members from all over the Los Angeles area who enjoy our fun, friendly, and healthy atmosphere. Our studio uses Schwinn A.C indoor cycle bikes with the Carbon Blue drive train. These indoor bikes are amazing for their quality and smooth performance, but they also have a user console which allows you to measure and track your performance, keep records of your workouts, and compete with classmates. Indoor cycling is a fun, low impact / low stress cardiovascular workout which is extremely popular because it can be an ideal workout for a wide range of people. Having advanced options for tracking your workouts and setting goals keeps users motivated to continuously improve.
