This is a great workout! All the instructors are amazing and helpful. The class is def challenging but goes by quickly. Every class is a little different than the one before. As you get better at swinging that bag you gain confidence and it gets more fun. I'm ALWAYS sore the next day. It's a nice change from my usual cardio classes and this is by far my favorite strength training workout. The hours are great, morning and evening classes are available. Always clean, and cool.

WOW! When I first heard about ILKB, I was sure I would NOT like it. I'm not what you would call an active person but I really needed to lose some weight and get in shape so I thought I would go with the trial. I fell in love with it! I finally found a work out that is successful! At 50 years old, kickboxing meets the needs that I have: cardio, Stress-relieving, and enough flexibility within the exercises to alter them to meet me needs. There are people of all ages and sizes at the classes, and the teachers are motivational but understand my needs. After only a few weeks I am telling a difference in my abs and really all over my body. My stress level is down because I take it out on the bag, and there have been no injuries despite my age and a bad knee. I recommend ilovekickboxing to any age that wants an intense, full body workout that is definitely not boring!

The classes are high energy, inclusive, and aren't subject to a routine so you never get bored of it (and neither does your body)! The facility itself is very clean and well air conditioned. The instructors are uplifting, motivational and personable as they greet all of their members with their first name. The members are friendly and aren't afraid to get to know you which makes group exercises loads easier and takes away any awkwardness that could possibly stem from it. If you are looking for a great total body workout, this is the place to go! The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. They are constantly walking the mat and making sure you are staying motivated and using correct form to maximize results. The class is only an hour long and seriously time just flies by in a blink of an eye! I just enrolled and finished my third class and I have already noticed improvement in my endurance. I would like to take some time to thank iLoveKickboxing! Just like many people I have started working out in attempt to be more healthy many times. This year I said “that’s it, no more starting again…” I began to workout at home; I bought myself a punching bag and did my own routine. After a couple of months I was bored of doing the same thing, especially working out by myself. I almost gave up again. I heard about ILKB and decided to just try it, what is there to lose?? Well let me tell you, thanks to their motivating staff and workouts I did lose! I lost the ugly feeling of being tired all the time, I gained energy and endurance. Lost weight, gained muscle and flexibility. Most importantly, I lost starting all over again. Soon after I made the great choice of being a part of their team they began a challenge; 20 classes in 27 days. I am happy to say that today I have completed this challenge. After 20 classes I went from pant size 9 to 7!!!! BUT!… this is not the end, it’s just the beginning. ILKB and it’s wonderful staff have not only taught me how to become healthier but how to keep myself motivated. I want to be healthy, therefore I chose to go to ILKB! God has made us all beautiful, why not show our inner beauty on the outside too?

Meeka, the owner is one of the sweetest persons that I have ever met. I joined on the first night that it opened and I have had the most rewarding experience. When I finished the 1 hr workout my arms and legs felt like spaghetti but I LOVED it……can’t wait for the next class. I have always hated cardio and working out intensely however I Love Kickboxing has changed my mind. My wife and I work out together and attend classes together when possible. I have been Looking for a kick boxing class in my area for a while, and when I saw the great deal on Facebook I knew I had to jump on it! In 2 weeks I have lost 5.4 lbs and several inches!!! Took my first class tonight and absolutely loved it! The warm up alone is a workout and learning kickboxing while punching the wave masters is a lot of fun.
