HealthCARE Express, the home of WOWZA! Customer Experience, is owned by two emergency medicine doctors and two nurse practitioners. This means we operate like a hometown family doctor even though we have locations in multiple states.

As a leader of medical care in the Texarkana area ,our facility is not your typical walk-in clinic. Along with urgent care, we offer services in pain management, imaging, and physical therapy.

Our entire goal from the time you get out of your car until you get back in it to drive home is for you to say “WOW! I’d be crazy to go anywhere else for my medical care.” We focus a lot of time and effort on providing amazing customer service and doing little things that other medical centers don’t do.
