Family Wellness at Teravista

Bolden Harris, DC, is an experienced chiropractor serving patients at Family Wellness at Teravista in Round Rock, Texas. 

Dr. Bolden Harris grew up in Arlington, Texas, and graduated from Martin High School with All-Conference honors in football and wrestling. Soon after, he pursued his passion for football at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, where he graduated with a degree in biology.

During his junior year at Wartburg, Dr. Bolden Harris suffered a severe ankle injury that threatened to end his career. Months and months of painful rehabilitation hadn’t improved his condition. Thankfully, he visited a Gonstead chiropractor, Dr. Jeff Pedersen, who adjusted his ankle. To his surprise, his ankle finally healed, and he completed his successful football career.

His experience inspired him to attend chiropractic school at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. Soon after, Dr. Bolden Harris earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic degree with honors as valedictorian and summa cum laude. He is now board-certified in Texas and by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Dr. Bolden Harris has lectured at colleges nationwide and served as team doctor at the 2006 National Wrestling Coaches Association tournament and the UTA club football team. He also specializes in the Gonstead Technique with an emphasis in pediatrics and is a member of the Chiropractic Society of Texas.

Before opening Family Wellness at Teravista, he founded Family Wellness at Teravista in Arlington, Texas, and practiced for six years at Four Points Family Chiropractic. He has provided thousands of adjustments to people, both adults and children, to help them live a more healthy, balanced life. He also has several professional memberships, including with the American Pregnancy Association and the Arlington African-American Chamber of Commerce, to name a few. 

Dr. Bolden Harris resides in Round Rock, Texas, with his sons Dominique and Bolden “Bivo” IV.
